2. Data processed
Identity and account information; external login credentials; text messages, audio recordings, speech transcripts, source texts, target language translations, and conversation time; IP address, session, device, browser language, error, authentication, and security logs may be processed.
3. Purposes and legal grounds for processing
Data is processed for the purposes of creating and verifying accounts, fulfilling the service agreement, facilitating communication between users, transcribing speech, translating and narrating to the target language, ensuring security, preventing abuse, providing support, and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Audio, transcript and translation
When languages are different, the speech can be transcribed into text in the speaker's language; the text can be translated into the other party's default language, and synthetic speech can be generated in the target language. When the languages are the same, the speech can be transmitted directly without translation. Finalized transcripts and translations can be cached.
5. Service providers and transmission
Google authentication, Speech-to-Text, Translation, and Text-to-Speech services are available. For phone verification, the phone number and verification message can be transmitted to the SMS provider. Personal data will not be sold for advertising purposes. In cases where data transfer abroad is necessary, the conditions stipulated in the applicable legislation will be taken into consideration.
6. Storing and deleting
Data is stored for the period necessary for the continuation of the account and communication service, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. It is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the reason for processing ceases to exist.
7. Security
Technical and administrative measures such as HTTPS, password hashing, SMS verification, session and CSRF protection, access controls, request limiting, and logging are implemented. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You can submit your requests regarding your rights under Law No. 6698, along with information that can verify your identity, to [email protected].
9. Children
This service is not intended for children. If you are below the minimum age required to use online services in your country, do not use the service.
10. Amendments
This policy may be updated when services or legislation change. The updated text and effective date will be published on this page.
