From mouth to mouth1. Acceptance of the terms
By creating a Dilden Dille account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Scope of the service
Language to Language is a communication service that aims to enable users to communicate in writing, audio, and video, to transcribe speech into text, to translate it into different languages, and to have it voiced in the target language. Some features may be under development or in the testing phase.
3. Account and verification
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, verify your phone number via SMS, and protect your login credentials. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional; independent phone registration is available.
4. User language and translation
It is your responsibility to choose the correct default language. Automatic speech recognition, translation, and voice synthesis may contain errors; automated outputs should not be relied upon solely in legal, medical, financial, or emergency matters.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, threatening, harassing, or infringing purposes that violate the rights of others. Unauthorized access, malicious software, unsolicited communication, and unlawful recording or sharing are prohibited.
6. Content and Permissions
You are responsible for the rights to the content you submit. You grant permission for processing limited to the operation of the service, including transmitting, translating, narrating, securely storing, and delivering the message to recipients of your choosing.
7. Third-party services
For identification, SMS, speech recognition, translation, and voice synthesis, Google and other service providers may be used. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Service changes
We may modify, temporarily suspend, or remove a service or feature due to security, maintenance, regulatory, or technical requirements.
9. Account suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account in case of breach of terms, security risk, fraud, or legal necessity. The user may request the closure of their account.
10. Limits of responsibility
The service is provided with reasonable care; there is no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. Mandatory legal rules are reserved.
