How is "From Language to Language" used?

In written messages, voice messages, and live chats, everyone uses their native language. Language to Language helps people who speak different languages understand each other.

The most important setting: Your native language.Your profile should display the primary language you actually speak. If you select the wrong language, your speech will not be accurately perceived, and the translation will be inaccurate.
01

Check your native language.

The app's entire translation logic works based on the profile language of both you and the person you're communicating with.

  1. Open the Profile page from the top menu.
  2. If the displayed language is not your native language, request a change during the Language-to-Language Management consultation.
02

Invite a new user

You can invite people who don't yet have an account on the app using an invitation link.

  1. Press the Send Invitation button and share the generated link.
  2. The invited person must select their native language during registration.
  3. After the person completes their registration, accept their friend request or unfollow them from your chat list.
  4. Test the translation together by first sending a text message, then a voice message, and finally making a voice or video call.
03

Find someone and add them as a friend.

Registered users can be reached using their names or account information.

  1. Open the Friends section and type at least two letters in the Member search field.
  2. Press the "Add Friend" button on the correct person.
  3. Once the other party accepts the request, that person will appear in your meeting list.
04

Send a written message.

You write in your own language; the other party sees the message in their own language.

  1. Select the person you want to speak to from the list of interviewees.
  2. Write your message in your native language and press the Send button.
  3. You can listen to the message in your own language by tapping the speaker icon in the incoming message.
05

Send a voice message

Your speech is transcribed, translated into the recipient's language, and the recipient can listen to it in their own language if they wish.

  1. After selecting the person, press the microphone icon.
  2. Speak clearly and in complete sentences in your native language; then end the recording.
  3. Check or correct the generated text and press the Submit button.
06

Make an audio or video call.

If the languages are different, the conversations are translated; if the languages are the same, the audio and video are transmitted directly without being sent to a translation service.

  1. Select the person and press the phone or camera icon.
  2. Grant permission for microphone, camera, and notifications when requested.
  3. Once the other party agrees, speak in short, complete sentences, one sentence at a time.
07

Translate with the help of the person next to you.

You can take turns speaking with the person next to you who speaks a different language, using the same device.

  1. Press the translate button with the person next to me.
  2. Select the correct language for the other party and start the translation.
  3. Whoever's turn it is should speak in their native language.
08

Use groups and meetings.

You can meet with more than one person or schedule a meeting for a later date.

  1. Open the Groups or Meetings section and create a new entry.
  2. Add registered users or record the names, phone numbers, and email addresses (if applicable) of invitees.
  3. After checking the date and time of the scheduled meeting and saving the plan, send the invitation.
